Fifth wheel is 40' #18,000 gross. Ready to invest in 7 new tires. Want to invest in quality. My tire dealer offered 4 brands, all 10 ply. 235/80/16. I am unable to go to bigger size and more ply's because of space. Hercules, goodyear, maxxis, and Samson. I know about good rating on maxxis, should I go with them?

Aw geeze, just go online and buy 17.5 inch tire and wheel package and be done with it. With ratings well over 4000 pounds each you will never regret it.

Have you read the reviews on Sailun S637 14 ply?

X2 ^^. We have them on our rig and they're working out very well. Just make sure your stock 16" rims are rated above the 110 PSI max inflation pressure on the load range G tires.
