I use this when we don't have power. Without the humidifier I can go 4-5 days without charging. 2 days with the humidifier.

Most resmed machines run on 24 volts.
Go to cpap.com search for resmed 12v cable in the search box, find the one for your machine. You will need a 12v socket added to the trailer to use the cpap machine on 12v.
Running it off 12 volts is more efficient than using an inverter.
I don't use a CPAP but I am sitting in a 2018 Arctic Fox 27-5l and they have a 12 volt plug, a 120 volt plug and USB plugs on each side of the bed making it pretty easy to do what Gary suggested.

I've never heard if a jackery before but they sound neat but for $600 and up they better work.
but how many amp hours do the various ones provide. Yes, they have some neat features however.

I guess it depends on how long you will be boondocking. As others have said just dont use the heated hose and humidifier. You can also buy an external battery pack like Jackery to plug into that should be good for a few days
