Any ideas out there for how to reinforce the box that the valves set in? Foe some reason the backing on the box keeps breaking. I know the box is not strong at all. I have tried larger washers, that's all. I know someone out there has had this problem. Thanks evereyone.

Gotta think you're talking about the valves hanging down under the trailer where you hook the hose up? If the pipes around them are breaking there's got to be some excessive movement while driving and things are bouncing. Check for straps on each side of the valves and in the general area.
