Very unusual tow vehicle, see if you can guess it

Saw this on a Australian site, I know we have unusual tow vehicles but this one, is pretty unusual even by our standards. Yes it does have a " Garage" on the bed.

No repuposed it, someone on that group is doing something similar, except he is putting a smart car on the bed.
