Wedgewood Vision owens

We have a 2005 Titanium 5th wheel with a Wedgewood Vision oven and I have trouble with the temp. It is hard to set at a certain temp. It is hard to get to a certain temp and also to keep it there. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks for any help you can give me.

Keep a pizza stone in the oven to help with constant even temps.

We have a 2003 Titanium. I've struggled with the oven - lights and heats up fine, but then it goes out and I have to re-light the pilot light. We've tried everything, replacing thermocouple, etc. I've given up and am buying a new range this year. Now I'm not sure whether to go with another Wedgewood Vision or perhaps try a Suburban.
