WW Sl3005 Floor replacement

So, my 2009 WW Sl3005 has some soft spots in the floor. Slowly getting worse. Store a 2011 RZR in it and, even though I put down wood to distribute the weight, made some more soft spots.

So, I know the right way to do it, tear it up and replace it. Not sure on HOW to do that since the walls seem to sit ON the floors (how do you replace the floor, with the wall sitting on it?). Cut around the wall seems like it would remove some of the integrity of the unit.

But, I'm thinking for a temp repair. lay down some 1/4 plywood or some other type of wood (any ideas?) cut to fit the inside. It really wouldn't impact any cabinets or anything. Have to do something with the tie down points, and of course, secure the wood to the floor, but since the carpet rolls up anyways, it'd be easy to roll it back out over the plywood.

Anyways, living in it for the next few months, and don't have a place to work on it to that depth of repair at least for the next year or two.

Anyone ever done this, or have any thoughts?

Mike, are you the guy I see at the Indy Moto GP? Me in the SL2805 and Moto Guzzi.

Could you do me a favor and check your battery grounds? I am still trying to figure out if there are two ground cables on the battery, the one in question is white with a red stripe on it.

Best of luck with the floor.

If the floor is getting soft spots it is probably a water issue. You need to find out the cause first. If you want to band aid with ply wood I would put down at least 3/4"
