Fidelity Cash Management "Bank". ???

I did not want to hijack the other posting on banking.

I have use a Credit Union in OH for 10 years before Full Time plus 9 Years of full time for 90% of my banking. Most bills are automatically drafted (paid). I also have a BOA account for the other 10% only for the few times I need to "walk in" a bank -- like for a notary or get a loan. I only have one problem with the two banks.

I am thinking about adding or replacing the credit union with Fidelity's Cash Management "bank". Most of my investments IRA etc are with Fidelity. The only real reason to replace the CU is that once a year or so (Christmas) I mail checks to a number (30+) of family members and the CU has a limit on 10 "MAILED" checks a month. Fidelity's banks does not have any limit.

Has anyone use Fidelity as a on-line bank??? . . . :@

You can also send money to anybody with a paypal account. If you have a paypal account. I use PayPal some times but do not like the fee paypal charges.

But I am sure BofA must have online free bill pay like everyone else, right? BofA does have free bill pay and I can pay any number of COMPANIES electronically. But only a limited number of people that need a check mailed.

Or sense it is gifts you want it in a envelope with a card. This is why I need a "real" check

With google wallet you can send money to anybody with a Email account. With that said the people you send money to have to have a debit card. You can also send money to anybody with a paypal account. If you have a paypal account. But I am sure BofA must have online free bill pay like everyone else, right?

There are other ways to get money to people besides paper checks.
