What the best part D in Texas.The one which you pay a little every months and they pay the most for the medication.The reason I ask because I pay 90$(not generic)) for 3 months blood pressure drugs which I think is way to high.

Part D is the prescription part. According to this site, Humana WalMart is the cheapest in Texas:

I think you are thinking about medicare supplement plans. Silverscrip is a good one. There's lots of others, just have to compare side by side to see what meets your needs.

Not but one medicare part D, it is federal, and the same everwhere. Read your Medicare book. How you file for it does vary. It is usually administered by some insurance company in your local state, and depends a lot on what medicines you need.
