Replacing Toilet??

Am posting here because replacement toilet priorities may be different between full time RV'ers and part time or vacationers.

We have an older rig that has had issues with the toilet since we bought it. Our current unit is a Sealand Traveler various parts have leaked. We have had them repaired but getting tired of it and looking to replace it with a good quality unit.

If you replaced yours what did you choose?

Any toilet recommendations?

Has anyone had any experience with this unit:

Be careful what you chooses as the floor flange may have to be turned for some makes and models. This Thetford has several different bolt patterns. If you need one a little higher the spacer from Thetford adds about 2 inches. Riser

Thank you for the suggestion.

Is this like the model you are referring to: Thetford RV Residence High Profile

$136 is a lot better than $1020.

It describes the material as LIGHTWEIGHT MATERIALS (COMPOSITE) weighing 9.5 lbs. sure would be a lot lighter than my current porcelain unit at 54 lbs.

Your are wanting to spend $1,021 for an RV toilet PLUS the additional parts/installation of the electric to operate it :H

We FT'd and regular ole high profile porcelain gravity rv toilet worked just fine;

Therford has a 'residential rv model'.....high profile, elongated bowl etc.
