Need advice on this rig. It sounds like it has been very well taken care of (I have had several conversations back and forth with owners). We are going to take a look at it on Tuesday, but it's a 4.5 hr drive to see it so want to get opinions. It has 51,198 miles and 1,120 hrs on the generator
Model 6301YH
New tires (2,000 miles)
Awning perfect
New ac motor & fan
New toilet seals
new battery
Not a stain, spot or tears on anything
NO LEAKS OR DELAMINATION
Clean carpet and covered cushions
Guaranteed won't find a cleaner one for this year!
They want $18k for it. I have tried to find info on it, but really hard to find anything
What about things like the refridgerator, micro, stove? How long do they usually last? My other concern is it has been at the beach in FL, for the last 2 months as they lived in it. Any cause for concern there?

Beach means salt so check underneath. We paid $15,000 with 19,000 miles on it two years ago. It's in mint condition and everything working well. It's a 22' on E350 w V10. Have it inspected and if all good, offer $13,000. Their asking price is a bit high IMO.

As you Know "new" tires mean nothing it is the DOT date you are interested in.
I put my MH on the beach often and see no concern IF THE REST OF THE RIG IS WELL TAKEN CARE OF. Of course check frame for rust.
If it is well taken care of on inspection then I do not see the price as out of line.
