I purchased this motorhome about 3 months ago and finally had a chance to take her out for a couple hours. When driving down the road the switch on the dash does nothing as far as directing heat. The blower turns on but it only goes to the floor. There is no heat, just the air from the outside. I tried to turn on the ac also but it does the same thing. Any hint's or suggestions on where to start looking. I have heard their is some vacuum hoses.

There may be vacuum hoses that operate your valves or they may be cables that manually operate the valves.
You are looking for a valve that switches your air vents and also a valve that diverts some of your heated radiator fluid to your heater core.
Look for a broken cable or a small vacuum hose that has cracked or has become disconnected.
