4wd flat tow vehicle, with ease?

Hi all. It would be great to flat tow a 4wd vehicle behind the one ton van. It would be great if it's easy to hook up. Have never towed a vehicle. Money is a concern as well. Any suggestions?

Off the top of my head, the easiest, lightest 4 x 4 would be an older Jeep Wrangler? And then what gbopp said: tow bar/brake system/lights. The whole package for flat towing can still cost a couple thousand dollars, depending on how shrewdly you shop.

Which 4wd vehicle are you considering? Make sure it can be flat towed.
You'll need a tow bar, brake lights/turn signals and a braking system.

Does this 4 wheeler have a transfer case?

If so, place it in Neutral and hook it up and go.

If it is an all wheel drive, and you are going to tow it just once, get a U-Haul car transporter and trailer it.
