AC control panel malfunction

We have a RV Comfort ZC Control panel for our AC/Heat for our Class A 2010 Fleetwood Fiesta that has suddenly malfunction. We have two zones..1 and 2. When pressed, zone 1 no longer appears, zone 2 does and a non-existent zone 3 does with "Malfuct." Any idea why or what to do? Is it just a resetting or is the panel broken?

Doug, thanks...we will try it. BTW we stayed at an RV park in Carrollton just north of Dallas, first dent on our new RV was trying to pull in to one of their spots LOL!

Might look on the internet for a reset procedure. On mine, which is a different brand, you hold down two buttons while turning it on.

I have no idea how to reset...shut off all power, didn't work.

Take the tstat cover off and remove the glass fuse for 5 minutes. Reinstall the fuse. That does a reset. IF that does not work, you have a wiring problem. Doug

I would try a reset first.
