It sounds like the capacitor is heating up and causing the unit to shut down. The capacitor is an electronic component and just because it worked for awhile, does not mean that the replacement will last forever. In all probability the replacement was a made in China component with a less than spectacular quality control system. Replacing the capacitor again is an inexpensive option to find out if you have a more serious problem.
