When kitchen faucet is on, water leaks from under the “floor” of the cabinet onto the coach floor. Can see no leaks from pipes when looking under the sink but cannot find access to area below cabinet floor. Don’t see any access underneath the coach either.

Have you identified if this leak is on the pressure side (from faucet) or drain side?

Easy to tell. With faucet off, pour a bucket of water in the sink to see if that leaks.

No leak when off suggests downstream valve leak that you haven't identified or drain leak.

No clue about your cabinets but side/floor panes can often be removed and if not start with small holes for visibility. You can always make a thin plywood cover for a finished look.
