Allied Insurance

Last Friday a jeep thought he could pull out 30 yards in front of me to make a left hand turn. I T-BONED his jeep, totaling it and destroying the front end of my coach.
I called my insurance company, Allied, and they have done an outstanding job so far in taking care of everything.
They towed my coach to a "preferred" repair center, and are handling the paperwork.
Apalachee RV Center is working on getting an estimate of cost and repair time.
I am very apprehensive about how long repairs will take and what will happen to my insurance rates even though the accident was not my fault.
I will keep you all informed of any updates

Hopefully one, there was no PI and two if you didn't get cited for assured clear distance, consider yourself fortunate. Here in this state, you'd be ticketed for assured clear distance or failure to control. Jeeps and their occupants don't fare well in crashes as a rule.

I have nothing but good things to say about Allied / Nationwide. A few years back my local agent dropped them and I've been dealing ever since with the main office in Iowa and they have been outstanding. Very n ice folks to talk to, you can actually call and talk to an American person, most times a very friendly one too. No Asian call center foreign stuff with Allied / Nationwide.

Sorry about your accident. At least you are at one of the best RV repair centers anywhere.
