My coach has lights flush mounted in the vinyl ceiling. One is out. A tech told me that they pull down for bulb/led replacement. I’ve tried and tried and can’t move this thing. Any suggestions?

Even the ones that are spring mounted...pull down have lenses that twist off. Take a kitchen knife and push the ceiling fabric up to loosen its grip on the cover. Push up and turn CCW on the rim to loosen.

I don't know if it pulls down or twists but try the doubled over duct tape trick to get a grip.

Some are a twist type lock. Try twisting the cover CCW and see if it comes loose.
