The remote control for the DVD player in our 2006 Pleasure Way Excel quit working. I replaced the battery but still no luck. Has anybody else experienced this issue and fixed it? The player still works using the buttons on the front of the unit.

Disconnect all power to the unit to re boot it. And see if it works.
