I like to know how high your dash is where you can stand up on it? I can sit on mine, but if I sit up too straight, I bang my head on the overhead.

Most dash construction that I've seen personally, was strongly constructed of 3/4" plywood. Provided that it was constructed (framed & braced) properly, it should have no problem holding you. Whether or not your dash is constructed in that way, I certainly have no way of knowing.

I don't know if your dash will hold you or not. Personally, I would not stand on the dash, regardless of what you weigh.
It seems like it would be too easy to break something, step on a soft spot or slip and fall.
To me it's not worth the risk of a potential problem. JMO

Or, this one by Invisible Glass. The nice thing about this one is that the cap at the end of the handle unscrews and you can screw in a broom handle for a longer reach (Watch the video on the website). Be sure to get extra bonnets though because you'll need them with such a large windshield. I bought mine at Walmart...

I lean on our fiberglass dash to clean the windshield and I weigh in at 200 pounds. Our dog sleeps on the dash and she weighs in at 130+. If I could only get her to clean the windshield while she is up there.

I've used one of the "Easy Windshield Cleaners" on my F350. Worked very well until the handle was stepped on. Woll be buying another one soon.

I've conferred with my esteemed colleges, run various mathematical calculations and held a seminar.

We've decided that indeed the windscreen could possibly be cleaned by standing on the dash but one final figure is needed,
That would be the actual weight of the person standing on the dash.
