Dometic fridge problem

I have a Dometic model NDR1292 side-by-side in my '03 Aurora.

It is supposed to automatically switch to AC operation when plugged in or genset is on. Currently it will not start or transfer to AC.

It will operate on propane but not cool as well as normal. I don't have a thermometer available but the freezer is probably in the mid 20's and the fridge in the mid 50's.

Any thoughts? Thanks

Have you checked the flue/stack for obstructions? Also check the burner orifice and burner assembly for cobwebs & rust.... I had to vacuum the rust flakes out of my flue/stack on my Dometic NDR 1292......

Have you verified you have AC to the ref? Unplug it from the outlet and plug it into an extension cord through the outside access panel and see if it works then.
