we had the same issue with some of or double-pane windows on our 2000 Itasca suncruiser. I tried, without success, to have repairs done by auto and home glass companies and our RV dealer suggested replacing the windows (at a cost of $3000!). we lived with the problem for a year or so and then I learned about
Suncoast Designers in Hudson, FL. we made an appt. and had all of our fogged windows removed, cleaned, re-sealed and then re-installed. total cost was about $700 and they have several 50-amp RV spaces for overnite use by their customers.
there are at least two other outfits doing the same thing...

Dave Root RV Glass Repair in Bend, Oregon
-
RV Fog Doctor in Searcy, Arkansas
there may be others. I can't vouch for Dave Root or the RV Fog Doctor but I can enthusiastically endorse Suncoast Designers in Florida.
