No brake lights, turn signals or cruise control. These are all on fuse #9, but the fuse is intact. I suspect a grounding issue, but not sure where to start. Anybody else had this happen and resolved it?

Take a single wire that is solidly grounded on one end and use that as a test by touching the ground on one of the taillight sockets. You may find an answer but then you have to find the proper ground connection.

Is your toad hooked up with a blue coiled umbilical? If so, the wires inside the connector clamshells are held in place with set-screws and may be loose; causing intermittent problems. There may be another fuse involved, so you should check them all.
