Wondering if anyone has used this company and, if so, how did you like them.

I've been using W.W. William, a Cummins service center, and have been happy but thinking that a Cat specific facility might be better for engine related stuff.

Thanks for the replies. As far as price goes, they are all pricey but for Cat specific issue they may take less time since the parts may already be in the shop so there is that.

We used them to replace our batteries and, replace an oil dipstick and tube, change oil etc.
They were very good. They had to get the batteries, from a golf cart place, in Tucson. When the golf cart place heard it was for motorhome and we were stuck there, they jacked the price of the batteries up.
They work mostly on trucks, of course.
It was a Friday I think.
Very nice Folks.

I have not used them but have bought parts . They have a good rep. but like most Cat dealers they are very expensive. You should look for an independent shop. The labor rates will be far less and the service can be as good as a large OEM facility. Some Cat shops do not work on MH's.
