Planning to do some exterior lighting enhancements. I'm not interested in creating a maintenance project so my search for high quality auto-application harsh environment LED lighting came up with Boogeylights.com. They claim to offer products that meets the need. Does anyone have any experience with their product or can you point me to other sources that I should consider?

I used Boogey Lights twice on my 2006 Windsor, a one color string under the awning and a one color on the frame rail under the MH and on the entrance steps. The led strings are good quality. I ordered some on Amazon, comparing the Boogey lights the the cheaper Amazon lights the Boogey strips were much better. They had real 3M backing instead of a cheap knock off.

I have seen stories of the multi-color LED strips having a less-than-stellar life, but have no desire for colors anyway. I replaced every light in my RV with cheap LEDs from Amazon & eBay more than 3 years ago, including a 15' weatherproof (white only) strip on my awning. When I sold the coach a few months ago, every single one was still working perfectly.

I just converted every single light inside & out on my new class A with LEDs, again from Amazon & eBay, along with a 15' strip just below my awning. Based on my prior MH, I have no concerns about their longevity.

I bought some color changing LED strips (weatherproof) based on recommendations from others on RV forums. Purchased from supplier on EBay.

It came with three 15' strips. None of them lasted more than a month.

I'm thinking several strategically placed LED truck marker lights under the coach would be a more reliable bet.

LED is not a maint project but may be installation intensive. LEDs are LEDs, and most of these companies buy the same stuff. Go for what you want, not who claims they make it (because they probably don't).
