The ZF brake assembly on your MH uses regulator brake shoes. They are NOT wet. But the whole assemble needs to be taken apart to change the shoes. You can buy the shoes on
rockauto.com. You can buy other parts for your ZF brake assembly here, with exploded parts view.
http://www.allstategear.com/ZFParkingBrake.htm The area where the bearings and seals are, holds 4 oz. of ATF.
At a minimum, you will need both seals and the mounting gasket. Most professionals will use a press for the dis-assembly an re-assembly. It can be done with out a press but does require some creativity. The shaft nut requires a socket of about 2 5/8"?
If you are comfortable with changing seals and setting bearing clearances, go for it.
