F53 2006 Ford Shock Absorber Bolt Torque

I am replacing the Bilsteins with Koni. I had some questions:

1. Anyone know the torque value? Perhaps it is not that critical. What worries me is that the shock has a cylindrical spacer built into the mounting eyes that could deform.

2. Not a lot of room work under there. Is it OK to torque the bolt head instead of the nut?

3. Would Blue lock-tite be OK?

4. My air wrench is 1000 fp max with 3 lower setting, but it is a Kobalt and does not specify the torque for the lower 3 settings. It is very handy during removal and fits in tight spots. Is it wise to use for tightening nuts on?

btw, Harbor Freight has a super 1/2" torque wrench by ICON that has a range of 25-250 ft/lbs for $99. I was sold after a couple good reviews and videos.

It's heavy and about 23" long.

mine is a 1997 F53 but im betting it cant be too different.

Range is 221-300 ft/lb (300-407 N-m.)

I know that some of them around those years required 250 ft lbs. I doubt there would be much difference. I wouldn't use an impact wrench, you really can't get the proper torque with that. If you could borrow or rent a torque multiplier it would make it much easier. Get it on the nut if possible. I think the nut is 1 1/8 ? Blue Lock Tite would be ok.
