Michelin finally sent some tires to the shop I wanted to work with through FMCA program. 6 brand new tires with a date code of "2515" which I believe translates to first week July 2015. Very happy to have new tires again! If you have been looking as well, some new tires are out there!
I should mention I found some older tires at not such a nice place. He got to keep them, but I do feel for whoever spends this much money and gets old date tires! If they won't let you look at the date codes and they are curt with your request denial, bet there is a reason.
