Fleetwood Southwind rear AC unit

The rear AC unit on our MH (Southwinde 32V) does not cool? any ideas? THamks

1) does the thermostat display?
and functioning correctly?
2) does the AC fan come on?
it should if everthings working

3) If fans working does the compressor kick in at all?
If not maybe a capacitor,maybe a control board
maybe a bad compressor or out of Freon

IF any of last two replace unit
