Was talking with someone about MH warranties, and the question we could not confirm an answer on was the chassis and drivetrain warranty on the ford based class A gassers. Is the 5 year 60,000 mile warranty transferrable? The PDF I downloaded did not mention transfer options.
1. Is it transferrable?
2. Is it handeled better than the RV companies warranties?

I worked at a Ford dealership years ago in the US. I don't remember all the specific details, but there were a few denied warranty claims because the vehicles were not originally sold in the U.S. but were currently in the U.S. seeking warranty repairs. I believe they were vehicles from either Mexico or Canada. The other times when warranty claims were denied was because of abuse and/or unapproved modifications which were clearly specified in the factory warranty manual provided with every new vehicle. (Please let's not start a discussion about the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act)

As others have said, just try and find a Ford dealership that can, or will work on a Ford Class C or A.

I've tried 5 and all said that they can't handle motorhomes.

The CHASSIS warranty goes with the VIN of the unit. They do NOT care who the owner is. As long as the unit is inside the warranty terms, it is under warranty regardless who owns it. Now, Maintenance records are critical. IF you have a major problem, they may require those records. This is true for OEM warranty and ESC contracts. So, always attempt to get records from previous owners. Doug

If you have an extended warranty, there is a fee to transfer it.

The powertrain warranty stays with the vehicle, no owner interaction needed.

1.) I am about 90% certain the warranty is transferable WITH a small fee.
2.) The warranty is a true manufacturers warranty and the dealers are just agents. I am confident that the company will stand behind the warranty. The biggest issue will be finding a dealer CAPABLE of performing the warranty service. For example, do they have a lift largest enough ?

Most large dealerships should not have a problem.

“and the question we could not confirm an answer on...”

So the question where you were unable to confirm Ford’s position was....? Have you asked Ford?
