I had a front airbag go bad. Started leaking and would not air up. Replaced (very easy) and now that side is 1.5 inches lower. There is only one leveling valve on front. Do I sim or replace other side? 6 days, 150 miles out of warranty. They are $300 a pop.

Thanks

Yes it definitely had a leak.. I could feel the air coming out. The new one was the same part. But new one was firmer.

Thanks

On my Alfa 36 foot RV they moved one rear valve to the front. 2 on front and 1 on rear.
Had my Itasca Ellipse at Freightliner in S.C. this year for front end alignment and the right front is still higher than the left. It causes no steering or driving problems.

Are you sure the bag had a hole? The ride hit valve can leak air.

I think the front one controls ht and the (two) rears control side to side.

My front failed and wouldn’t work for 10-15 minutes and if I remember, no bags inflated until the front opened.

Hopefully somebody that knows what they are talking about will chime in.

So you replaced the air bag, right?
