I have a '01 Tradewinds 7390 LTC with a Generac 7.7KW diesel generator and am having a problem with it staying running after letting go of the starter switch. I have changed to switches and checked the relay and breaker and fuses. We put a tester on it and found the alternator wasn't putting out enuff power to keep the diesel running. How ever, after putting the control panel back together, it started right up and kept running. Did this over several days and it kept working, but when we went on the road and setup in our campsite, the generator reverted to not running after the switch was released.
