I don't remember ever making a trip to the Camping World in Burlington that has been easy. Today, I needed to have my electric gray tank valve replaced and had an appointment. I even carry a spare because they are so hard to find. I had to wait over an hour for them to finish my paper work after the job was completed. There were people waiting for help in every area of the service department. They are a little over priced and add a shop charge which equaled 20% of the bill. I have had better luck at the store in San Bernardino, CA, Las Vegas, NV, and Spokane, WA. I won't go back to Burlington if I have a choice.
