GreyTank level monitor reads full

My grey tank always reads full; all lights on. We have tried sensor cleaner, calgon and detergent , all to no improvement. Could this be a bad connection or bad ground? I am not entirely sure how this system works. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated. THX TANDD

We had our replaced by See Level tank sensors. When they went to put the new ones in, we saw that the existing sensors were coming off. You will want to look at the sensors on your tanks to see if they need to be taped back up, if they are those kind. We really like the See Level sensors. So much more accurate and much finer readings.

Fill and flush at least 4 times. Then leave the Gray valve open for 24 hours. This allows the tank probes to be rinsed and then dry out. See what happens to the display. Odds are it will read empty or 1/3 or 1/4. IF so, the tank probes are extremely dirty. The system works off a ground system. When each of the level probes complete the ground signal the level light/s will light up. Doug

Is this a new development? You have a 2002, so did you go over this with the dealer/person your bought this from?
