Grille Guard on motorhome?

I saw this today at Flying-J. Has anyone ever seen a mh with a grille guard? Especially one this massive.

I like it ....These MHs have NO protection In fact, my Pace Arrow has a 3" wide aluminum bumper and I can see replacing the entire front cap and cooling system and glass if you pop a good size deer.Repairs may be more than the whole thing is worth......Iam gonna build me one.....

I don't see any hinges so I guess he doesn't mind not having access to his battery, WS washer, oil check & fill, etc very often. As high as it is, if it didn't have some bracing it wouldn't survive an muley hit, never mind an elk.

I like it. With those motor homes you don't have much between you and the animal you hit! I came within a split second and about 1/1000 of a inch of hitting a good size deer on I-80 this year. I hit the brakes as hard as I could and I thought for sure I was going to hit him but lucked out. Makes me think a grill guard might be a good idea! JMHO
