Unless it's the dreaded pyramid of poo...just don't worry about it.
Use plenty of water when camping and worry about the beer getting warm. Magic elixirs don't break it down any faster and the next deposit and it will no longer be sanitary.

If your commode sits over the black tank, there are wands that are designed to attach to a garden hose with a small hole drilled in the side of the bottom end. This will blow away the pile of poop. Poop Blaster

I guess you learned your lesson the Hard way:) You either are full time and leave the black and gray tank valves open or when camped you also left the valves open. NEVER EVER DO THAT. Look up Poop Pyramid in google. I would shut the tank valve boil as much water as possible and pour that hot water with the rid x. Try to get at least 20 gallons of hot water and let sit for a few days. Hopefully that will break up the poop and get it into suspension to then drain out and flush. Doug
There is a great YouTube "Ice in Black Tank". I suggest you make note of his test and success before you proceed.

If you can dump your tanks at your house, or a nearby location, just fill both the black and grey tanks, add some Rid-X and let them sit for several days. This will soften any debris and let it pass out the drain. You are in Florida so you do not have to worry about the tanks freezing while the Rid-X is doing it's thing.
You can, if you have time, put a quart of home septic tank treatment in the tank with a quarter fill of water. Let it sit for two weeks and drive. You could add the ice and then drive, but all that enzyme treatment should have eaten it all up. Did this to a fully clogged tank and it was so clean the OEM tank level system worked for the next five trips like it did when new.
Buy some ice, like at least 30 lbs worth. Dump it down the toilet into the black tank. Add a little water. Also pour down the hole a lot of liquid laundry detergent. Then, go for a spirited, bumpy and curvy road drive. Afterwards. let it sit for an hour or two, then dump. That should get all the petrified poop out.
