How are free standing dinette chairs stowed for travel

I see a lot of coaches with separate chairs for the dinette. Is there usually a place to store them for travel. Are there only two?

Thanks,

Gridley

We use to have the table and chairs. I would just use a bungee cord to attach the chairs to each other and also the table. Worked for me.

Our 4 chairs just sit on the carpet in the dinette. Have never moved.

I junked the two folding chairs, the two remaining chairs are fine standing on the carpet and pulled up under the table; no straps or bungee cords and such.

I use bungee straps to secure the chairs to the dining room table on the eye hooks I installed. Takes on a few seconds to do and they have never moved.

In my front kitchen travel trailer, the free standing dinette had 4 chairs on carpet in a slide out. They never moved during travel.

My four stay in place on the dinette carpet.

I would have to take and post a photo, not easy to do

But on my Damon, the two "hard" (non folding) chairs lock into the legs of the table, the leg has a "Slot" like spot on either side

Imaging holding your hand finters pointing up, thumb pointing up about a half inch from the index finger so there is a gap.. Chair fits into the gap. Very secure.
Home was where I park it. but alas the.

I had them on a carpet floor and they never moved. Another coach had hard surface floors and they would slide around so I just used a bungee cord to tie them to the table.

that's what we do but we keep the two extra chairs at home because even with the dining tabel leaf in there is just mo room for 4-people so no point in taking up bay storage space. if we have company we either use the picnic table or head to a restaurant.

Same.
There are 24 hours in every day - it all depends on how you choose to use them.
