How to clean leather type couches

I have a 2007 Flettwood discovery, recently acquired. What is the best cleaning material Ito use to clean this leather like material on the couches. It is white an soils easily.

If it is ultraleather, (fancy name for imitation) - company recommends using mild soap and water.

I use Mothers leather cleaner on my (real) leather car seats, it does work good removing grime, but the "dressing" doesn't last more than a week or so.

1001 Cleaner works the vest for cleaning,but follow up with a conditioner!

Is it leather or microfiber or vinyl??? different products to use..........
