How to RESET Auto Leveling JACKS Winn-Tour or Freightliner

My Class A, 2005 Winnebago Tour, issue with my AUTO Self Leveling Jacks on the Freightliner. First I pulled out my manuals a foot high stack of them and with no luck or help in any way. So next I began calling others who I thought would be in the know. Here is what to do if your jacks are not coming down correctly and have lost the correct level ground position. Having this information is one thing, but I wanted to SHARE this useful and I hope helpful TIP for anyone having this same or like the issue in your RV.

HOW TO RESET YOUR "AUTO SELF LEVELING JACKS in a 2005-Winnebago Tour:
1. First, find a flat and level parking lot.
2. Let all the air out of shocks to get the RV as low as
possible.
3. Now to reset PLEASE MAKE NOTE of the BUTTON my finger is
pointing too. Auto Self-Leveling Jacks.
4. Open the control panel and press and hold the button
shown for 10-to-15-seconds.
5. Once auto starts remove finger and wait for the AUTO
JACKS to fully retract back in the up position for the
full reset to completely take place.

REMOVE FINGER ONCE THE JACKS auto starts going down and find correct position and then return to the fully upright up position. That is it. Hope this is helpful to someone as it took me weeks to find the auto-reset. In my attached PHOTO note the Button my finger is pointing too on the top left of the console as shown.

OK, is the button on the SIDE of the touch pad or are you pointing at the LEVEL button? WHAT do you think a reset button will do for an HWH system? Regardless of what you may have found, UNLESS you talked to HWH, there is NO RESET button or procedure on a HWH System. Period. FYI, I have over 30 years and still working on HWH systems with HWH factory training. The question remains, WHAT malfunction did you have that you thought a reset would fix? There is NO WAY PERIOD that you can adjust the level sensor from the Touch Pad. Doug

From HWH. "That maybe a way to reset someone else's leveling but not HWH. On the HWH leveling you should dump the air and use the jacks and a bubble level to level the coach manually and on that coach there is a control box right behind the right front tire and you will need to adjust the level sensor using the page I have attached to this email to reset the level sensor".
BTW, CHASSIS maker does not matter on a Leveling system. The chassis maker does NOT install the leveling system the Coach Maker does.

I don't know where you found that manual. BUT, your system is HWH and there is NO reset procedure and NO Level set procedure AT the touch Pad. These are the 3 links for every model HWH level set procedure. Doug

You are correct about the HWH system shown in PHOTO and as to finding the information in a manual NO, that did not happen. But I looked and made some calls. My Finger is pointing at the Button to press to reset them. This was a 2005 Model Winnebago Tour. As to your statement "

There was on this system and I may have called Winnebago. Thank you for your feedback and will correct above and look forward to more expert input about the Automatic Self Jack Leveling System. Now I'm wondering if you mean RESET is not shown on the Touchpad you are correct as well. But when my auto jacks would not level back correctly, I searched for an answer until I found someone in the know. In my calling different people who should be in the know, I found someone who informed about this RESET Procedure and wanted to SHARE with my fellow RV'ers in this forum and others who may have the same or like, an issue I had. Thanks Again for your sharp keen input and ideas to help make this appear better online in this RV Forum.
