take one tube write down the numbers goto local hardware and buy replacements
those are standard 15w Cool white 115v florescent tubes
the ballast the powers them runs from the 12v system

i replaced almost all of mine with LED strip lighting, because i was replacing several tubes every year

12 inch long would indicate they are fluorescent. Yes they are 12 volts DC.
I would think about LED replacements.
