Inverter is inverting power fine. Not charging house batteries. All new batteries as of august 2014. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what might be the problem?

What motorhome?

What inverter/charger?

With inverter off, do outlets/appliances all still work-- will help diagnose that 120 VAC is getting to the inverter/charger if the inverter/charger has "pass through" feature.
