Just want to give a heart-felt Kudos to Cummins Rocky Mountain in Billings, MT.
The generator in the coach quit. After doing some trouble shooting, I determined that the rotor was not turning, and this particular model has a history of broken belts and torn belt pulley couplings. After some more research, I determined that it was nothing this old retired mechanic wanted to mess with, so I made an appointment to take it to Cummins Rocky Mountain (nobody else wanted to mess with it, either!).
Talis gave me an estimate on the work that needed done, and I gave the go-ahead.
The work was completed in a timely fashion, at nearly $1000 less than the estimate!
