Iโm counting outside and inside.
Most DPs and Super Cs have 2-3 out side and 2-3 inside. My Fleetwood has two out side three inside.
Foretravels have one outside and I think one inside. Airstream TT have one outside none inside.
Class Cs have one outside.

As far as I know, the only Class C with washer combo is the Leprechaun 311 FS.

Looking for a Class C. No cabover with washer combo.
I see a Coachman Concord deletes the cabover.
Any others?
I would also like a tv fireplace across from theater seating.
Your specs so far are leaning more towards a +-34' Class A or a Super C. (possibly with slides)

Iโve got a 38โ DP now. New in 2005.
I am tired of five steps getting in and out. I would like something not as tall and no more than 30-32โ. Iโm not crazy about driving a C but we drive less and stay longer.
Rarely 300 a day every other day.
There are class Cs that meet most of my wish list but they have a cabover.
If I canโt find what I want factory made I might find one with the washer with a couch across from the dinette then modify it by swapping the couch for theater seating. Remove the dinette and replace it with an electric fireplace a rising tv behind it.
Convert the overhead bunk to storage with cabinet doors. Change to res fridge.
2016 and so it has the six speed.

I think the TV came up and out of a motorized hidden storage pocket. The factory could install a fireplace simulator there as well. Some of them look quite real and also generate regulated electric heat.
Phoenix Cruisers don't have the overcab bed. They can configure what you want for the rest of it. Consider getting a tv mount that swivels the tv out to the position you want.
