Planning a trip next year to Nashville & searching for an RV park - we've checked with Two Rivers & Jelly Stone - they are already full - any other suggestions will be appreciated - or sites close to Nashville area. We have a 42 ft motorhome & plan on staying a month. Thanks for your suggestions.

Tweeter, there is a KOA on the north side of Nashville (Nashville North KOA) in Goodlettsville. We have stayed there several times as the Prevost service center is a couple of exits down. This park can accommodate a 45 footer in several spots.

Good luck,
MM.

check out the COE parks on the lakes in the area , we have stayed at seven points, J Percy lake many times and its just far enough away from the city to be a nice and relaxed stay but close to the opry, you may want to make your reservations early because the local folks love the fishing on the lake and its hard to get the lakeside sites which are beautiful .

X #whatever for Grand old RV Park. A bit away from Music Valley, but a lot more fun and relaxed.

For a more rustic experience, try the great state parks. Montgomery Bell SP is about 40 miles west of Nashville. Cedars of Lebanon SP is about 40 miles east. Both great to get a sense of the area's history and the natural environment. Stay limit at each is 2 weeks, and you will need a reservation.

Second Grad Ole Opry. Not too far out and a nice peaceful place.

I can't remember the name of it but, we stayed in a somewhat nice RV park a bit to the east of Nashville, right next to a lake with a water park connected to the RV park. It was nice, and, the folks were pretty accommodating when we wanted to change spots. I'll have to dig up the name of it.

On edit:
Ok, I just looked it up. It was/is called "Nashville Shores". Pretty nice and easy to get to.

right now and I would recommend it. Close to Nashville "must sees", good rates and VERY friendly (family run). Check it out on RV Park Reviews...Grand ole RV Resort, Goodlettsville, TN
