Need Qick Advice for Hershey Show Please

Can you please suggest models/brands to look at that are very well built. i'm thinking anything under 25feet.

NOT looking for luxury.... mainly interested in the quality of construction.
looking to do full time in it... so want it well made.

what do you suggest?

My Sister lived in a 23' Lazy Daze for over for over four years before coming off the road for medical issues. She is now looking to get another unit and get back on the road at least part time. I personally have a 34' and enjoy it very much. We will start hitting the road for longer periods in a couple of years and do not see any problems as we spend a lot of time out under the awning or site seeing.

Under 25' feet you are looking at a Class C or B+. Nexus, Renegade, Born Free etc are examples of higher end C's. Something on a Sprinter chassis is good. That said, full timing in a sub 25' unit would get small fast I would think.

I don't think your going to find a Class A motorhome under 25 feet, and if you did it would be an entry level (poor quality) unit.

Check out Leisure Unity. Great little rv - with creative use of interior space. Friends have the murphy bed model - very cool. The Leisure website has video - must see

You really need to focus on liveability. Most RV Manufacturers produce a good product which will provide reliability for a long time.

So choose the floor plans and size that will fit your lifestyle.

I always suggest to buy as large as you can afford. Most RV'ers end up going through 3 to 4 RVs before they finally get one big enough to satisfy their needs. They start off small thinking that's all they need then progress through increasingly larger and larger until they hit on the size that fits without any compromise.

Our last two RVs were lower to mid-level units and both provided over 15 years of service without major problems. Our current is 20 years old and we plan to keep it several more years. So quality isn't really an issue. Comfort is !!!
