No power to thermostat

Thermostat seemingly has no power. Nothing is on the display, I have checked the fuse and it was fine, replaced it anyway. What else should I look at? It worked fine 2 weeks ago.

Did you check for fuses in the panel adjacent to the AC breakers/

When I had that issue it was the fuse/service switch inside the outside access door. Finally found a new one and it trips to so just jumped it out, my board has a fuse to protect everything so this is redundant.

Pull the fuse where you are reading the 7 volts and see if it goes up.
If it doesn't you need to follow the circuit back to where it drops.

Yes connected to 15amp shore power, batteries are good reading about 12.7 before I plugged in.

7 volts? you have a 12 volt issue in your rig. Are you connected to shore power? What is your battery condition?
Have you checked main fuse if equipped in 12 volt distribution panel

Rv Products, RVComfort.zc is the make and model, I checked both fuses, they are good, and have about 7 volts at the power distribution panel fuse.

are you sure it doesn't have a batt. and if not what is the house batt. reading.
