Is this a continuation of your other electrical problem?
Are you connected to shore power? Disconnect from shore power and try again.
Check the circuit breakers on genset.
Before I think you had issue with shore power.
Check 12 volt fuses on your converter.
Check your main fuse in the 12 volt DC panel.
Use a test light or meter, do not just look at the fuses.
Rest 120 volt circuit breakers. Turn them all off applying light pressure toward off. Then turn on main circuit breaker, turn on branch breakers one at a time.
Sounds like you need to have the transfer switch checked.
