Oil change

I have a 2005 Meridian class A motorhome,350 hp. caterpillar engine.
I don't know when to change the oil because I only drive 2000 to 3000 millers a year,
Also, when do I need to change the antifreeze which I never changed. I have 14,000 miles on my motorhome right now.

I will love to have your opinions.

You could try using an oil analysis service. The Army used to use oil analysis for most of the tacticle vehicles that didn't get used enough to meet a regular oil change interval. Most of the samples we got back tested OK, but occasionally we got one back that showed contaminated oil. I've see basic analysis fees for about $25.
