I am in the market for two units. A travel trailer and a class A. Long story why not getting into. The MH is what we will be using to travel full-time.

I’m not somebody who is impulsive so it’s been many months of walking and looking and researching.

At hand is a 2007 Fleetwood American tradition 42L. Every option available you can imagine. Tag axle, 43 foot long, quad slide. Real wood. It’s nice it’s clean it’s everything you can imagine. $149,500 400 HP Diesel 33k miles. I’ve decided to pull the trigger.

Dealer trying to make me think it’s priced as is because it’s so clean. Blah blah blah.
He said make me an offer.

I’m eating lunch right now and thinking about what to offer NADA $159,500 high to $135,000 low BASE model. This is definitely not a base model but I just don’t have the time right now to waste more time putting in all the options to get a price for it.

I need help with the following area. Anybody know of anything about this particular model home I should be concerned about? My research is not showing anything current and everyone’s “GUT” feeling about the price with the understanding as I stated, top-notch condition every option luxury imaginable.

Thanks everyone!!

Wow, I went to look at it. you got a jem indeed. It's an "american Coach" for sure. can't go wrong with that. You did well.

I really really wanted that unit bad but it never worked out in the end. I am now looking at buying a 2009 Monaco dynasty with a 500 hp engine with every conceivable option there is!

I just started a new thread under class a maintenance asking for advice 🙂

Here is a real coach in your price range. Least this one has a 425hp, and 10 yrs old for your financing.

Very very sweet and I love Newmar but it’s in New York and too far to travel. I have moved on and I am now looking at buying this one and the link and questions have just been posted under the maintenance section of class A. It’s 500 hp and perfect for my crew cab!

But I really thank you for taking the time to try to find an equal unit I think that’s going over and above and you are an extremely nice person to do that for me!!!! And not to leave anyone out as someone else posted a link for me I really do appreciate everyone giving me this advice and I can’t tell everyone how much I thank you !!!

Dutch Aire is above a Dutch Star, below a Mountain Aire, which I believe they started in 2010??
They also came out with the London Aire, which is spectacular.
Any questions on ANY Newmar coach should be directed to Steinbring Motorcoach In Minnesota. They are the Newmar masters.

Wow, nice find. Now that's a nice rig. Dutch star...can't go wrong there.

The ad heading says Dutch Star, but the actual coach says Dutch Aire. Are those names the same coach? I don't think I've ever seen a Dutch Aire.

Look. In the end your happiness is all that matters. If in your heart this feels right and that this is the rig for you, then it's all good. Congrats on your new rig and I wish you all the best. I'm looking at a new rig myself but my must have was that it had to have a 450 Hp engine and low miles.

I would expect to pay no more than $125K tops for this coach, so my offer would be around 120K. Betting I could buy one for that, too!
Financing will be a problem for these people and cash talks.
If you don't have it, find it elsewhere than borrowing on the coach itself.
