Paramount awning

We have a 2013 tiffin allegro bus with Paramount awnings the awnings will not go out evenly this is been an ongoing problem anybody have any solutions,two different RV repair centers have tried to repair the problem carefree says just put Velcro on them and pull them out unacceptable would love to hear other people's input on these awnings

OK.. I have made a few edits and subtractions...Lets cut each other some slack...

The question is why does "an" awning extend unevenly? looks like two members have the same problem

One side of an individual awning comes out and the other is behind......

I assume you have the 2 awnings. What do you mean evenly? Explain that. Do you mean at the same time they must be EVEN when extending or retracting? Or are they jerking and not moving smoothly?
When you have 2 awnings, they will NOT extend evenly at the same time. Each awning is separate from each other. Doug
