Powergear slideout buttons "reversed" in manual override??

I'm troubleshooting an issue with one of my slideout's.

When starting to retract the slideout it throws a fault and stops. Putting it into manual override works every time *but* the buttons appear to be wired backwards.

When pressing the "in" button that is on the left side of the panel, it moves the forward motor or what I would call the right motor.

When pressing the "out" button that is on the right side of the panel, it moves the rear motor or what I would call the left motor.

On page four of this .pdf:

https://lci-support-doc.s3.amazonaws.com/manuals/pg_3010002129.pdf

the sidebar indicates that the "in" button should be moving the rear motor and the "out" button the front motor.

My question is, is it normal for Winnebago to cross wire it up this way or could I be dealing with someone prior to myself goofing it up?

Thanks!

You need to explain in more detail
1. What year RV?
2. Did the slide work previously correctly?
3. Did the slide malfunction and you started the override or went to the web for the LCI/Powergear link you posted?
4. Have you replaced a motor or the controller OR the wall touchpad?
5. The reason you may have the fault in normal operation is the fact the system sees one motor retracting and the other extending.
6. There is an easy way to determine and possibly fix. Just reverse the heavy duty pos and neg wires at one motor. That will cause that motor to then operate in synch with the other motor.
7. Last, go the the LCI/Powergear tech site and you will find the Digisync wall switch programming instructions. Your link does not have the programming instructions. Doug
